Shiso
Created by Julie Massé, Shiso is inspired by the clarity of an early morning walk. Crisp juniper berry, Australian sandalwood and upcycled key lime combine with vibrant shiso leaves to create a woody green fragrance that feels simultaneously fresh, sharp and comforting.
Salt
Master perfumer Alexis Grugeon captures the sensation of stepping from the sea, where salt lingers on warm skin and sunlight dances across the water. Sparkling cardamom, creamy CO₂-extracted vanilla and French lavender create a luminous ambery watery fragrance that evokes effortless summer elegance.
Lily
Inspired by the intoxicating scent of lilies after sunset in Florence, Mathilde Bijaoui’s creation reimagines the flower’s elusive beauty. Jasmine Sambac, Vietnamese benzoin and upcycled cypress combine to produce a radiant white floral with unexpected depth and sophistication.
Sesame
Perhaps the collection’s most intriguing addition, Sesame transforms the comforting memory of black sesame ice cream into a velvety woody gourmand fragrance. Crafted by Meabh Mc Curtin, toasted cocoa shell, oakwood and cedarwood create an unexpectedly sensual composition that feels rich without becoming heavy.
Mahogany
For lovers of deeper, more sophisticated scents, Louise Turner’s Mahogany pays tribute to one of nature’s most striking woods. Cedarwood, Indian cypriol and ginger create a refined woody leathery fragrance that balances warmth with freshness through JIL SANDER’s signature aldehydic brightness.
Vanille
Forget everything you think you know about vanilla. Created by Coralie Spicher, Vanille explores the ingredient’s darker, moodier side. Upcycled cedarwood, rich vanilla and Spanish labdanum reveal an ambery leathery fragrance that’s mysterious, sensual and unexpectedly modern.
Sustainable Innovation Meets Contemporary Design
The Olfactory Series isn’t simply about what’s inside the bottle.
Each fragrance uses a blend of traditional and upcycled alcohol, while several compositions feature upcycled natural ingredients, reflecting the house’s thoughtful approach to contemporary luxury.
The bottles themselves have been designed in collaboration with acclaimed design studio Formafantasma. Their softly asymmetrical silhouettes deliberately embrace subtle imperfections, ensuring every bottle feels unique. Finished with JIL SANDER’s distinctive white aluminium cap, the packaging echoes the same understated elegance that has defined the house for decades.
